What would you be required to do?
- Assist the leadership team with financial trends, competitor behaviour, shareholder issues, and other factors that could impact the business.
- Monitor and analyze investment community sentiment and market trends to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Prepare and maintain financial models to project future company performance and support investor communications.
- Develop and manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other financial community members.
- Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual financial and MIS reports, investor presentations, and other communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investor communications and feedback.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries.
- Review and supervise to ensure the legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations especially the ROC and fund raise related compliances.
- Assist Head – Finance & Accounts
- To oversee the company's fiscal activities including budgeting and financial planning, quarterly financial reports.
- To oversee the cash flow plan and supervise financial transactions within and outside the company.
- To define the future structure of Finance and Accounting
- To maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.
- To avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending new procedures.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA, cost accountancy course is preferred
- 10+ years of experience is preferable
- Strong experience in Commercial Finance and Financial Analysis
- Experience managing P&L as well as robust understanding of budgets
- Excellent organization skills: ability to plan and organize work so that it is efficient and effective
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in startups is an added advantage
- Strong Networking and Communications kills
