Key Profile:
Procurement Manger will handle overall Procurement process like Strategic sourcing, Forecasting, conduct research, negotiate with vendors, evaluate bids, Analyse data, Develop & implement Procurement strategy.
What would you be required to do?
- Create and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and adaptable to the growing complexities and challenges within the industry.
- Devise and implement effective procurement and sourcing strategies for luxury residential interior projects.
- Explore profitable suppliers and initiate strong procurement partnerships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors, contractors, and key suppliers within the industry.
- Prepare Block Estimates for all projects.
- Prepare BOQs and obtain necessary approvals from all stakeholders.
- Seek quotations/proposals as per approved BOQs and specifications.
- Compare proposals based on pricing, specifications, technical suitability, timelines, and quality standards.
- Handle techno-commercial negotiations with vendors to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Review contract specifications, terms, and commercial conditions on behalf of the company.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and finalization processes.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely production, dispatch, and delivery of materials.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with critical suppliers and vendors.
- Manage ERP systems and procurement tracking systems for shipment tracking, inventory monitoring, and material supply management.
- Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency.
- Standardize BOQs, rates, procurement processes, and vendor comparison systems.
- Monitor and manage the complete process of all Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Approve all Work Orders and Purchase Orders through the ERP module / as per company processes.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure materials and execution are aligned with approved BOQs, drawings and specifications.
- Review, verify and approve contractor/vendor bills and supporting documents.
- Maintain complete procurement, vendor, billing, and project records within the ERP system.
- Coordinate closely with design, execution, operations, finance, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist operations teams during the entire execution phase of projects.
- Handle all post-contract activities such as amendments, variation orders, additional line items, revised BOQs, and scope changes.
- Manage amendments and revisions of Work Orders and Purchase Orders whenever required.
- Handle procurement planning for long-lead materials such as imported marble, chandeliers, automation systems, custom furniture, HVAC equipment, specialty finishes, veneers, hardware, lighting fixtures, sanitaryware, metal works, glass, fabrics, loose furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior fit-out materials.
- Ensure proper material reconciliation, inventory tracking, and vendor payment coordination during project execution.
- Maintain strong coordination between vendors, site teams, designers and accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Supply Chain / Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field
- MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management preferred for senior profiles
- Candidates with strong procurement experience in luxury residential interiors will be preferred over purely academic qualifications
- 10 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in luxury residential interior projects

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Half Day)
